Also, a customer who is on the Postpaid subscription can change to a Prepaid subscription. However, such a customer will need to visit the Jio store that is closest to him or her with valid proof of identity or Aadhaar, original proof of address.

Can I Replace or Exchange My Lost or Damaged Jio SIM?
